Lately I have been trying to create recipes that are very quick to make. But I wanted the dishes to be easy with flavor. I thought I would just try to make this pork wrapped in bacon. Because they say everything tastes better with bacon right? Well it's true! WIth this recipe you follow these directions with a small amount of pork or more.

Ingredients
Pork chops (I used the bone in medium thickness)
1 package bacon
1 box chicken broth
salt and pepper (or your favorite seasonings)
foil
Instructions
Heat oven to 375
Season your pork. You need one piece of bacon for each piece of meat. Cut the bacon in half. Wrap each piece around the pork like a X. You can do this anyway you like also. Place the pork onto a large cookie sheet with sides.
Cook port for about 30 to 45 minutes. The pour about 1 cup or so over the chicken and cover with foil. Cook until the pork is very tender. Then turn oven to broil and broil for just a minute to char the bacon a bit. When they are done let them sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.
