Potato Skins safe

These are great for your next Super bowl Party!

These are a crowd pleaser for sure. These are pretty easy and everybody loves them.

Ingredients

6 small to medium potatoes

olive oil

Canola oil

Kosher salt

pepper

6 strips of bacon

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

2 green onions

Instructions

Clean potatoes very well

Rub Olive oil all over potatoes

Put in a baking dish

Bake in oven at 400 for about an hour

While potatoes are cooking. Start to cook your bacon in a frying pan. Set aside on paper towel

When potatoes are done. Cool until they are cool enough to handle. slice in half

Scoop out the potato leaving a little on the skin. Set scooped potato aside for another use later.

Rub canola oil salt and pepper all over the inside and outside of the potato.

Increase over to 450 degrees. Cook 10 minutes on each side

Place cheddar cheese and bacon on each half of potato

Then bake another 2 min to melt cheese.

Place potatoes on a serving platter.

Put 1 tbls sour cream on potatoes and sprinkle with green onions
