Really good Spicy Nuts safe

You will have a hard time not eating the whole bowl

These are so easy and a great dish to have out on a holiday while you are in the kitchen getting dinner ready. Your friends will love these. They are a little sweet with a kick to them.

Prep time 5 minutes
Cooking time 12 minutes
Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

1 cup nuts of your choice (I used cashews)

1 egg white

1/2 teas cayenne pepper

1 teas ground cinnamon

2 teas sugar

Pinch salt

Instructions

In a small med bowl whip your egg white until it is frothy.

Then add in your spices, pinch salt, and sugar to the egg mixture. whip this really well.

Then add the wet ingredients to the nuts. Mix to combine.

Add to a cookie sheet sprayed with oil, or use a silpat.

Bake for about 8 to 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven. They burn very easily so stay close.
