Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower safe

This is a wonderful dish. I made this for my family. And my son who all the sudden decided that he didn't really like vegetables ate all of his and wanted MORE! I was so happy.

Prep time 10 minutes
Cooking time 30 minutes
Servings 4 to 5 servings


2 broccoli florets chopped in 1 inch chunks

1/2 head cauliflower chopped in 1 inch chunks

3 Tbls italian dressing (use more if you like)

2 Tbls Canola Oil

2 Tbls butter

pinch salt and pepper



Heat oven to 375

Cut up your vegetables

Toss with the rest of the ingredients except butter

place onto a cookie sheet

When the vegetables looked toasted and are soft toss gently with the butter and enjoy

Garnish with Lemon is you like
