Salad with LOVE for Two
Easy to make with your favorite dressing

Ingredients
3 to 4 cups Lettuce greens
Two medium fresh beets
heart cookie cutter small
Foil for wrapping beets
Balsamic dressing
Cheese of choice sprinkled on top
*you can add all the topping you like with this salad. This is a simple version.
Instructions
Make dressing or use your store favorite
Heat oven to 400
clean beets and wrap in foil
Place on a cookie sheet
Bake for about an hour or until soft
Cool
Using a madeline cut beets thin. Then using a cookie cutter cut out hearts and place on your salad. This is a beautiful presentation.
