Sesame Bean Sandwich Bread safe

This is one of the best gluten-free sandwich breads I have made. Super moist and stays that way!

This bread is amazing and comes out beautifully from your bread machine. So easy and so tasty. Stays moist for days. Amazing flavor!

Ingredients

2 eggs
4 Tbsp butter or non dairy margarine, cut into pieces
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp molasses
1 1/2 scant cups water
1 cup garfava flour
1 cup corn starch
1 cup tapioca flour
2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp egg replacer
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 packet dry yeast

Instructions

Beat the eggs slightly and put into the pan of your bread machine. Add remaining wet ingredients and stir slightly to combine.

Mix the flours, xanthan gum, salt, gelatin, brown sugar, egg replacer, and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Then add the dry ingredients to the pan of your bread machine. Make a well in the center of the flour and sprinkle yeast inside.

Select the medium setting on your bread machine, this makes a 2 pound loaf. If your bread machine has a different order to add ingredients, follow your bread machine instruction manual on adding ingredients.
