Smokey Potatoes
Easy and worth it!

For this recipe there is really no amount on the potatoes. Just boil as many as you like. Then follow the recipe after that. When I made this I just really thought it out in my head and ran with it. My family loved it.

Ingredients
small Yukon potatoes
smokey paprika
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 Tbs butter
cilantro for garnish
Instructions
boil potatoes
When potatoes are done. Heat up a skillet with olive oil and butter.
On a cutting board mash the potatoes a few at a time. Do not mash them all the way flat.
Then sprinkle the potatoes with a pinch of salt,pepper,and smokey paprika.
Using a spatula put the potatoes into the hot skillet. Browning the potatoes on each side. Use the spatula to turn the potato carefully.
Put them in a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
