This bean dip recipe has a bit of a kick to it, thanks to the pepper jack cheese. Not too spicy though and perfect for any holiday gathering! Easy to mix up and heating it in a slow cooker will keep it nice and hot for your guests.

Ingredients
1 can (16 ounce) refried beans (read labels to find one that’s gf)
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Tortilla chips and salsa
Instructions
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Once combined, transfer to the crock of your slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until heated through, stirring once or twice during cooking. Serve with chips and salsa. Makes about 4 1/2 cups of bean dip.
You could also add a can of black beans or your choice of beans to give this more texture.
