Sweet and Savory Stuffing safe

This is a little different. It is made with Cinnamon Raisin Bread

When you eat this you can taste all the different flavors that are added into this dish. Your home smells like the holidays when it is baking.

Prep time 15 minutes
Cooking time 40-50 minutes
Servings 8 to 10 people

Ingredients

1 loaf cinnamon bread cut up into cubes
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 granny smith apples sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup apple juice or cider
1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (Grease a large casserole dish)

In a large bowl add the bread cubes,cranberry,raisins,apples. Mix carefully.

In a separate bowl add the eggs,salt,cinnamon,and nutmeg,butter and cider. Poor over the bread mixture. Stir carefully to combine. Transfer to a casserole dish.

Bake about 40 to 50 minutes
