These biscuits are easy because you use a food processor to make them. I make these all the time because they are that easy to put together. I have also used a variety of different cheeses with this recipe as well. You will want to double this recipe to make your family very happy.

Ingredients
TanyaG’s Gluten Free flour mix:
1 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup sweet rice flour
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup brown rice flour
Mix all together and keep in an airtight container.
Drop Biscuits:
1 cup flour mixture
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon unsalted butter, cubed and chilled
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450
Put the gluten-free flour mixture, baking soda, and salt in a food processor and pulse briefly to mix. Add the butter and pulse until crumbly. Add green onions and parmesan and pulse just enough to blend. Add milk and pulse until combined. Drop the dough in rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet, and bake until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes. Ovens vary so check them 10 minutes into baking time. Leave in longer if needed.
You can change this recipe up a bit by adding a tablespoon of thyme with Parmesan cheese. I have also just made this recipe using only a mixed cheese blend and omitted the Parmesan cheese. There are so many ways you can play with this recipe.
