Tasty Almonds safe

These almonds keep you coming back for more

Ingredients

10oz of whole almonds

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 tbls agave nectar (Maple)

Cooking Spray

Instructions

Heat oven to 350

Roast almonds for about 5 minutes or until you smell them

While almonds roast put ingredients in a medium bowl and combine.

When almonds are roasted. Add them to the soy mixture and toss to coat.

Spray a cookie sheet lightly. Pour almonds onto the pan and spread out so that they are separated. Cook for about 6 minutes. Watch them they burn very easy. Oven are all different.

When they are done cooking spread out on wax paper for a few minutes.
