These are so easy to just throw together. The batter is super white. I honestly did not think that they were going to be as good as they were. Everyone loved them if they were eating gluten free or not. The best part is that they fluff up so beautifully and they have a wonderful butter taste to them.
| Prep time | 10 mintues |
| Cooking time | 8 to 9 minutes |
| Servings | about 8 to 10 biscuits |
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup plus 2 Tablespoon potato startch
1 1/8 tsp xanthan gum
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Grease a baking sheet
In a medium bowl blend all ingredients except the milk and vinegar.
Then add the milk and the vinegar.
Using a spoon scoop out the batter onto your pan. They need to be about two inches a part.
Bake about 20 minutes. Ovens vary so you may need to check after 15 minutes. I let mine cook until they were golden brown and so delicious.

They are soooo amazing. My family is not gluten free they LOVED them. And a friend made them today and she was in heaven. She misses bread. She thought these were so good. It fulfilled her craving for real bread too.
