Trail Mix that you can't stop eating safe

Servings about 6 cups

Ingredients

2 cups of baby pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup of oats

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup dried cherries

4 Tbs Maple Agave Nectar

Kosher salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

In a bowl add the pumpkin seeds,oats,cherries and Agave until all is well coated.

Then pour out onto a pan lined with a silpat, or a sheet of parchment paper. Spread out on your sheet pan. Season with salt

Bake for about 20 minutes or so

The mixture will not be hard when you first take it out of the oven. This will happen as it cools. Cool completely before storing.

Break apart and store in an airtight container
