Caramel Apple Upside Down Cake...Sounds like a match made in heaven to me!

Do you have some amazingly good egg-free recipes that your family loves? Would you be willing to share? We'd love to see more recipes on Gling that are specifically for those that need to avoid eggs in their diet. Be sure to tag them as egg free so they are easy to find. I know there are some good recipes out there and having more options on the site would be really helpful.
