You can tell by looking at the packaging that Rudi’s is a happy company. I love the promises of fluffy ingredients and bread baked “on the bright side”. It made me smile just to read the package. I also love the fact that Rudi’s Multigrain bread is certified gluten free and made from some pretty healthy stuff. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the bread itself. For the record, I tried the bread straight out of the package. I didn’t toast it or put any toppings of any kind on it until after the first “pure” taste. Ease of Use This gluten free bread comes frozen from the store, but otherwise ready to eat. You can eat it as is or toast it to improve the flavor and texture.
