You can tell by looking at the packaging that Rudi’s is a happy company. I love the promises of fluffy ingredients and bread baked “on the bright side”. It made me smile just to read the package. I also love the fact that Rudi’s Multigrain bread is certified gluten free and made from some pretty healthy stuff. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the bread itself. For the record, I tried the bread straight out of the package. I didn’t toast it or put any toppings of any kind on it until after the first “pure” taste.
