If you’re ready to learn how to bake great tasting, nutritional, gluten-free breads, you’re in luck. I’m launching my natural leaven (sourdough) workshop series in the Portland area on March 13. I want Gling members to be the first to know.
The workshop will be an all-day, hands-on event sited in a home kitchen. I’m offering it at a special inaugural rate of $50 per person. Space is limited, and is first-come-first-served.
