Oh, kosher meals! Usually these are GF because they have to use kosher veges and meats ... generally the regular meals have lots of processed foods, instead. But I'd love any other ideas. :)

Wow, cool. Never heard of you guys; sounds like some good stuff. I may be heading to China in the next few months, so I'll need to check out what you folks have.
And very good use of Gling, by the way. GF folks need to use it as a marketing tool since so many of us would love to buy your products if we know they exist. And welcome to Gling!

Don't eat plane food - ever! I always bring my own stuff. Airplane food is kinda nasty anyway. Also, I make sure to hand back the pretzels and tell them I cannot eat them. Few have asked why. I've had a few conversations w/ airline hosts about gluten, and they just don't care. I figure I am on my own once I get on the big magic tube o' transport and bring my own snaks. Make sure they have aroma - beef jerky, dried cuttle fish, etc. If you want attention, that is. Attention will bring the airlines to provide you GF food option so you stop bringing on the smelly foods!!

Yeah, I should probably title this "Food for an Airplane Trip." We're going to make a bunch of @charlesluce recipes for a Disney World trip in February, but I'd like other suggestions.
