Discussion Topics for Tribe The Glingsters
I just moved to Brentwood last week and I'm on the lookout for more options to eat out in the area. I discovered Cafe Rivva (an all organic salad, smoothie, and froyo place on San Vicente) on my own since it's just down the block, but I could certainly use some suggestions of other places to go. Any ideas?
I know some people who are gluten-free and are transitioning from "kid in a gluten free home" to living on their own in a dorm or apartment situation and trying to figure out how to take care of their gluten-free diet. Any tips for them, since prepackaged GF foods are so expensive? What are some simple staple meals they can prep without much cost or fuss?

Hey everybody... when you go to a restaurant that doesn't have a dedicated gluten-free menu and you have to enlist the help of the wait staff and the chef to come up with a good gluten-free option, do you feel obliged to tip extra for the extra trouble they go through for you?
